To many buying or selling a home on the surface may seem to be a relatively easy task to take on yourself, however, it is much more involved than you may realize.  There are also many things to consider as the process moves forward.  Agents have access to many more websites and marketing tools that the average person may not.  They are also required to stay on top of any new real estate laws and required forms that have come into play and believe me, they change all the time.

Then there's scheduling photos, home measurements, closing attorney's, inspectors (home, termite, well, septic, pool, etc), finding the best lender for you, repairs, the list goes on and on.  Agents have access to the best professionals in these fields to get you set up and you can feel comforted that your Agent has not only a great working relationship with these professionals, but also a trust built up with them.  Let's face it, do you really have time for all of this?  Of course not, so let us take this on for you.

Click on the link below to read a very informative article listing at least 6 reasons you should never buy or sell without an agent.
