Frustrations In The 2016 Real Estate Market

It's no secret that the 2016 housing market has been HOT!  There is one little problem, however, that Buyers have been facing in this particular market........LOW inventory.  For anyone thinking about selling their home, take note that Buyers are still out there searching as hard as ever for their perfect home.  Yours could be the one they're looking for!  With a higher percentage of Buyers looking for homes and a lower percentage of homes for sale, I'm sure you can see why this has been frustrating to many Buyers.  On the flip side of this for Sellers is that once they decide to list their home, they then need to also find another place to live.  This of course puts them out there as Buyers.  One thing is remaining constant, whether you're a Buyer or a Seller in this market, is that it's important to get out there as quickly as you can.   Check out the article below for more interesting stats and information on this issue.
